Especially when it is 3.5 x 3.5 meter big and inhabited by:
3-6 people (not to mention the invisibles)
5-7 computers
5 tables (small, big, narrow, wide)
6-8 chairs
100-200 falling hairs
3-4 hours rubbish talks
